“At Kellina Z Hair Studio, your hair journey is my passion, and your happiness is my mission. “ That quote basically answers the question, “Kelly, why did you start your studio?”. I hope most of all you will be able to relax and feel cared for in my chair. I have felt this way since I was 20 years old starting out in barbering college. My goal then (and to this very day)was to hope my clients would have a service with me and be left with the feeling that they were cared for. Finally, after years of co-owning a salon or being an employee, it is my wish to help my clients achieve their hair fashion needs the way “we” decide together. My studio has an area for color services and an area that I service haircuts as well as a retail/wait area. I prefer to shut my glass door for your privacy so we don’t have interruptions . A lot of thought went into not only creating a nice environment but also having product to allow me to help you achieve your hair look and style.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Kellina Z Hair Studio understands that sometimes circumstances may suddenly arise to cause us to miss, or cancel an appointment last minute(less than 12 hours. If such happens for more than two consecutive service appointments without consideration of the stylist being able to fill missed time slot, stylist will no longer schedule such client unless client prepays for each service desired and for the full/non refundable amount. Stylist will request such payment at time of scheduling appointment using credit/debit, Venmo, or cash. In rare instances the stylist reserves the right to decline servicing clients that are repeatedly late which causes stylist to run behind. Repeated late offenders may have services cut short (example: not being able getting blowdry but still be charged for one.). All enforcements of policies at Kellina Z Hair Studio LLC are by the discretion of stylist.
